Inger Frombach is a clinical counsellor who has been supporting individuals with the inevitable challenges of being human for over 30 years. She has a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and is registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Inger works gently and collaboratively to help clients find relief from trauma and suffering and attain self awareness, self acceptance and lasting inner peace.
Inger has foundational training in cognitive-behavioural and humanistic-existential psycho-therapy and extensive additional training in grief counseling, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, narrative therapy, EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, self regulation therapy, trauma recovery and equine guided counselling.
Inger’s greatest joy in life is her amazingly talented wise and kind adult children and deep connections with friends and family. She has a radical fondness for horses, nature, social justice, travel, laughter, poetry and beach combing.
